As I write, images and messages appear in my mind and guide me. That guidance has led me to focus on our physical selves, the spirit within us, our life energy or soul, and the consciousness that connects it all. Hence the title Humans, Consciousness, and Souls.

Quotes and statements often arise as I write. I include them as I receive them. Some I can attribute, others I cannot. The Universe reminds me that I am not alone. Others have walked, or are walking, this path.

Recently, questions about being human surfaced. Each time one appeared, I wrote it down and followed where it led, creating a letter for each topic. The letters will be published in Letters to Myself in early 2026.

I see myself simply as a messenger, sharing what the Universe chooses to reveal. I am not an example to follow. Each person has their own path.
